Account deletion requests
To request account deletion, email support from the email address linked to your FlySociable account and include your username if available.
Safety and abuse reports
For abuse, impersonation, illegal content, or urgent moderation issues, include links, screenshots, usernames, and a short explanation.
What to include
- Your FlySociable username and the email linked to your account.
- The device type, app version, and approximate time the issue happened.
- For Google sign-in issues, the sign-in method and any visible error message.
- For live flight issues, whether tracking was active, whether background location was allowed, and what route/replay behavior looked wrong.
- For abuse or impersonation reports, include profile names, post/comment links, screenshots, and why the content is unsafe or abusive.
If a situation involves immediate danger, contact local emergency or aviation authorities first. FlySociable support is not an emergency response service.
